Do you accept insurance?+

Yes. We work with most major insurance providers and will verify your mental health benefits confidentially at no cost to you. Submit the insurance verification form or call us to get started.

How does telehealth work?+

Our telehealth services are delivered via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can participate in individual and group therapy from anywhere in California using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

How long do your programs last?+

Program length varies based on your individual needs and treatment goals. PHP typically lasts 4-6 weeks, IOP 6-12 weeks, and OP is flexible. Your clinical team will recommend the right duration for you.

What types of therapy do you offer?+

We offer individual therapy, group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, trauma-informed care, and family support sessions.

Can my family be involved in my treatment?+

Absolutely. We encourage family involvement when appropriate and offer family therapy sessions, educational resources, and support to help loved ones understand and support your recovery journey.

What is the difference between PHP and IOP?+

PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) provides full-day structured treatment, typically 5-6 days per week, while allowing you to return home in the evening. IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) offers flexible programming several days per week that fits around work, school, or family commitments.

Do you prescribe medication?+

Yes. Our board-certified psychiatrist provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management as part of your treatment plan, when clinically appropriate.

Is my treatment confidential?+

Yes, absolutely. All treatment at Lumen Mental Harmony is confidential and protected under HIPAA. Your privacy and trust are fundamental to the care we provide.

What if I need a higher level of care?+

If during assessment we determine you would benefit from a different level of care than what we offer, we will provide appropriate referrals and help coordinate a smooth transition to the right program.
